Rubber Mouldings - Valley rubber has wide experience in all types of rubber moulding, compression, transfer, injection and is able to mould a full range of materials. We also have a wide range of machinery and are constantly looking at new and different projects.

 

Rubber to Metal Bondings - Valley Rubber makes a wide variety of rubber to metal bondings from a few grammes up to 10Kg. Most typically we would use natural rubber for suspension components and bushes but we have also bonded rubber to plastic for wear strips and produce many components with carefully controlled stiffness and or load deflection characteristic. This is an example of what we are able to make. It's a suspension cone for a mini.

 

Hose - Valley Rubber produces a wide variety of hoses both reinforced and formed rubber tube. These are used in a wide variety of applications, automotive, domestic machinery, yellow goods machines, lawn mowers, generators. The list is extensive. Our production can run from small batches to large volumes in diameters from a few mm up to 100mm diameter. We can include branches and joints and can print to identify or help to align and fit the parts.

 

Formed Tubes - These items are used in various applications from automotive to household and are usually unreinforced. We can manufacture a wide range of materials from simple SBR up to fuel vapour resistant FKM.

 

 

Silicone Hose - We also manufacture silicone hoses, water hoses, radiator hoses, air ducts, turbo hoses and intercooler hoses. Depending on the shape complexity and working pressures various silicone materials are used. These hoses can also be reinforced with various fabrics to ensure appropriate heat resistance and physical strength of the end product.

 

Rubber Extrusions - Specialising in small runs, autoclave cured and expensive materials such as VITON.

 

 

Convoluted Hoses - We produce corrugated, kink resistant flexible antistatic EPDM rubber tubes for breathing air. The tubes are produced to British Standard specification and used typically attached to masks or mouth pieces for diving, breathing apparatus, and anaesthesia equipment. The product is made solely under license for Codan Rubber who designed this product and manufacturing process. Please enquire at sales@codan.co.uk

 

 

Typical fuel filler hose - Valley Rubber makes a variety of filler neck type hoses by either rubber moulding or forming and autoclave curing. We also have several technical processes to produce multilayer hose to give high fuel resistance and low fuel permeation at low price levels.

 

 

Rubber Bands - We can manufacture rubber bands in small to medium sized runs, multiple colours and up to a size of 2" diameter.

 

 

Specialist Hose Building - Medium to large sized hoses in up tp 2.5 meter lengths to customer specification. Typical uses might be marine exhaust ducts or vacuum suction hoses.

 

 

Plastic Insert Moulding - Small plastic mouldings up to 20 grammes in weight using a combination of plastic material and metal components to produce specialist electrical plugs and connectors.
