To this end, the company maintain Quality Management Systems which are assessed and registered against internationally recognised standards: PD ISO/TS 16949:2002
The Quality Management System is utilised within the business to drive forward continuous improvements, through "Pride of Workmanship". This is generated by the involvement of and investment in our employees, to achieve measurable quality objectives emphasising defect prevention together with reductions in variation and waste.
To this end, one of the business objectives is to harmonise the Quality Management System with the intention that the company will be registered to PD ISO/TS 16949:2002 which is an enhanced version of BS EN 9001:2000.
We also aim to develop fully "Integrated Management Systems" encompassing our Quality Management System, our Environmental Management System and our Health & Safety Management System.
