Rubber Extrusions

 

Valley Rubber can extrude rubber sections, rubber tubes and/or rubber profiles between 5mm OD and up 80mm OD in a variety of shapes and sections.

We can extrude a full range of rubber materials including expensive polymers like FKM.

Rubber Extrusions can be supplied in either coils, straight lengths or cut to length options.

All the rubber extrusions are autoclave cured and because of this we can do relatively short runs that are not attractive to companies using cure lines because of their set up costs. This is most noticable for FKM materials.
