Owner / Managing DirectorSince leaving college my career has always been customer facing. I have progressed from retail sales to senior management of an independent chain of stores. I have developed knowledge and experience from working in the independent sector as well as with multinational companies such as Sony. I have recently celebrated 15 years with Weightwash during which time I have seen a significant increase in customer numbers and turnover. Two factory moves to larger and improved locations have allowed me to develop new markets for Weightwash.
In August 2015 Scott Barker and I purchased Weightwash. With a vast knowledge and experience between us we are keen to not only consolidate but implement improvements and grow the business further.
Outside of work sport is my main distraction. Weightwash Sponsors Totton FC and both Scott and I enjoy watching them when possible.

Owner / DirectorAfter leaving full time education I joined a local business in Totton called Millbrook Bedding. I worked there for over 20 years. After only a short time I was offered a management position and consistently progressed through the ranks.
I joined Weightwash over 5 years ago as factory manager overseeing the day to day running and initiating improvements to quality and productivity.
In 2015 Peter Boba and I undertook a management Buy out of Weightwash and we are now owner/directors. Between the two of us all aspects of the business are covered with Peter running the sales and office and me running the factory. This partnership has become very successful with many improvements already made after a short time.
Outside of work I enjoy fishing and enjoy watching all sports. As a Sponsor of Totton Football Club I try to attend all of the home games.
